AERINTH is an independent fragrance sampling business based in Australia. We sell small fragrance samples and decants that are independently transferred from authentic retail bottles into clean 5 mL atomisers. AERINTH does not manufacture, formulate, or own the original fragrances.

AERINTH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any designer fragrance brand, fragrance house, manufacturer, distributor, or trademark owner. Any brand names or fragrance names used on this website are used only to identify the original fragrance from which a sample has been decanted. All trademarks, brand names, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to describe products accurately, including sample size, fragrance name, and general scent profile. Product descriptions are provided for general guidance only. Fragrance performance, scent perception, longevity, and projection may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, application, and personal preference.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, or we suspect misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Any discounts, promotional codes, or sale offers must be used according to their stated terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Fragrance samples are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, irritated skin, or sensitive areas. Keep away from children, pets, heat, sparks, flames, and direct sunlight. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Customers are responsible for checking whether they have known sensitivities or allergies to fragrance products before use.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, extreme weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. Fragrance products may be subject to postal or carrier restrictions due to alcohol or flammable content. We will package and ship orders in line with applicable carrier requirements.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once a fragrance sample has been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AERINTH is not liable for indirect loss, personal preference issues, disappointment with scent performance, delays outside our control, or misuse of products. This does not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

All AERINTH branding, website content, images, text, layout, and design are owned by AERINTH unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
