We currently ship within Australia.

Fragrance products may contain alcohol or flammable ingredients and may be subject to shipping restrictions. AERINTH will package and ship orders in accordance with applicable carrier requirements. Some shipping methods, locations, or services may be unavailable depending on carrier rules.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AERINTH is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and assist where possible.
