Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. This may include a refund, replacement, or other remedy depending on the issue.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for fragrance samples that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with. Unopened change-of-mind returns may be considered at our discretion, provided the item is unused, sealed where applicable, and returned in original condition.

Scent Preference

Fragrance preference is personal. Disliking a scent, finding it too strong, too weak, or different from expectations does not automatically make the product faulty. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
